    We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your date(s) and discuss your event requirements. Typically, booking at least 6-12 months in advance is advisable.

  • Do you have packages available?

    Our packages are custom-tailored to your needs. These may include marketing, entry collection, auction management, and post-event evaluation.

  • What do you handle and what should I handle?

    Our team can handle all paperwork before, during, and following the event. You will handle community relations, event management (such as rules, schedule, coordination, etc.), and family communications.
